I'm okay.. going to immigration office tomorrow to inquire just what the fek is taking them so long in granting me a permanent residency permit.

Closer to 6 months actually lol. But yeah, they're still taking their sweet ass time. And my visa expires on the 22nd so they'd better get on with it.

Heh.. well not as such. If Ireland wishes to remain part of the EU, they legally can't deny me a residency permit as per the EU rights treaty.

Well when I go there, they'll either tell me "It was delayed" or "It's being processed" and they'll give me another extension on my visa.

So it's still being "processed" but they say they can't extend my visa. I gave them hell over it, so I have a meeting on Friday with a manager. Who knows what will come of that, so meh. I suppose I can always come back with a visitor visa *rolls eyes* Can't wait to move back to the US at this point.
