Everyone is always posting about the firsts and bests. WHat are some things that just disappointed?
Personally I remember my first time not being all that spectacular. I just thought "Is that it? Not really worth all the mental energy I gave it."

There was one night about 5 years after we got married... I bought my wife some new lingerie. We went to dinner that included a wine tasting. We had a hotel reservation and no kids with us. Oh, same here! My first time was not even mediocre. It was so non-special that I can't even remember it! Afterwards, I thought, "Maybe I should have waited a little longer!"

Thanks. We had a pretty decent sex life, on average. Not spectacular, but good enough that this was quite unexpected. I think it was the movie thing that really got to me. That was kind of the salt in the wound. No hesitation, no real apology. Just laid it out there.

Yowza. Don't get me wrong, condoms definitely can impede things, but at the end of the day, if you want it bad enough....... That sucks. Probably would have been better if he'd just come out and said that he couldn't get it up.
