I am reading an article on how to start a BDSM discussion group, and the writer said of their own group, the only limit he/she has is that they do not welcome "members of the RRR."

I've searched through the glossaries available on this discussion board and the links provided. I tried to do a general google search, that didn't avail and answer either. So as a last resort I am asking here, because I could not find the answer myself.

I've come up with a couple possible guesses-

something about Risk Reduction?

Rape, Ravishment, Resistance or Rape and Resistance Roleplay

Has anyone heard/used the term to know for sure what RRR is?
