My feet are so exceptionally ticklish that it's never been an option; the sensitivity is so extreme that it goes beyond "teehee;" it is almost painful and that sensation grows the longer attention is paid. I'm very ticklish everywhere, but a firm touch can usually get past that. My feet are off-limits, though, unless the hubby is intentionally trying to make me scream.
