Speaking of, if a thread says it has been moved, but I can't access it, does that mean it has actually been deleted?

It depends on the specific message. Mods can't delete stuff, we move it to a private forum and the admins delete it. If you're not allowed to view the message, it's still sitting in the private forum. If the thread does not exist, it's been deleted.

Yep, if he started them, you can't see them in the list.
I *think* you can get into them, if you see them as the 'last thread posted in' from the very main boards page.

Well, I guess that's somewhat limited to literotica mods because I've had the power to delete anything on all the forums I've moderated. I guess it has something to do with lit's policy against censorship, though.
The biggest problem is that it feeds the troll, though.

plus it's not really spamming. It could be reported for trying to disrupt the forum by flooding, but then bumping old threads is also an offense.
Ignore is the best way to go. you never see one of his threads ever again and if you use the firefox add on, you never even see a post of his in another thread even if someone quotes it.
unless of course people are enjoying themselves by doing this.

I've definitely needed the distraction tonight.
And I only went back a couple of pages, most of the stuff I moved up was fairly current, and was just getting pushed back by the flood.

Actually, the rule is as follows (emphasis added):
"9. Flooding the forum with posts, screen-breaking text, or images - or bumping old threads - and/or any non-substantive activity with the intent of disrupting the forum is prohibited."
Bumping old threads and flooding the forum are perfectly permissible unless your intent is to disrupt the forum. I think BLoved would be able to argue that he is not trying to disrupt anything, he just wants to share his ideas.
I only bump old threads I think are interesting and/or have some relevance.

well I don't mind per se, but most of the bumped threads were on my first page anyway, because he went back on ignore this morning after coming off the the day before so I could see what everyone's knickers were in a twist about.
It was good reading the gangbanging thread though.
