Yeah, it shows that on lit, the women are just as dirty and horny as the guys, but we already knew that. The problem is that any survey of lit is pretty much useless since we're all probably at least 3 standard deviations above the mean. I agree that the gender balance is quite interesting. And that we're not exactly representative of the population. But just because we're sexually liberated enough to discuss our masturbation habits, doesn't mean the rest of the world isn't made up of just as many wankers - they may just not talk about it.

When I used to live alone I was the same. And my morning shot of coffee was shooting my load as well. Occasionally I'd jerk off during the day as well, so I probably averaging 10-15 times a week.

Interesting survey. I answered 6-7 times a week, but this question is a tough one for me since it can vary wildly. If you took just the last few months, that's probably a low estimate for me. But like Cattypuss, there are days I do it 8 times in a day, and then there are periods of days or even weeks (though that's very rare now) where I don't masturbate at all. I've become more regular about it, and agree that one "shot" before bed is a pretty common ritual for me now. Actually, that usually leads to 2 or sometimes 3, but at least I sleep well.
