You have it part right, but there are some things you leave out:

1. The hundreds of years of suppression of other faiths by "Christians." and their attempt to enforce their agenda (anti-abortion, anti-homosexual, school prayer, etc.)

2. The press is ALWAYS censored - by the owners of said press. As long as the censorship is not by the government, we can live with that.

3. When is excessive force used on PEACEFUL protesters? Force is properly used on rioters who are destroying property and inflicting injury on bystanders or violating the civil rights of others.

4. If you get arrested for these opinions, you have a point. If you are criticized for them, live with it.

5. I agree, especially when it involves quotas, enforced by courts.

I pretty much agree with the rest of what you say, axcept I think your figure of 40% is too high if you are talking about the adult population.

Fred Singer, a renowned climatologist and professor of environmental sciences emeritus at the University of Virginia, discussed the background behind the recent open letter to Congress he and six other scientists sent to members of the House and Senate. In the letter, the scientists cited a letter sent by the Woods Hole Research Center, which exhorted Congress to act quickly to avoid a global disaster due to alleged global warming.

Singer said the Woods Hole group “put on a sort of scary exaggerated kind of letter to Congress ahead of the vote in the House in an obvious attempt to stampede them into voting for the Waxman-Markey [cap and trade environmental] bill.” Singer explained: “We thought it would be useful to write a letter that would provide a balance. The instigator of the letter was Harold Lewis, a retired professor of physics at the University of California in Santa Barbara.” Lewis, he said, “provided the initial draft, several of us made comments and seven of us signed our names to it.” Lewis sent the letter “to every member of Congress.

Asked if it is not established that the earth is cooling, Singer explained that “The earth is either always warming or cooling; one cannot tell which it is unless one specifies the time interval. “It’s like the stock market: it is rising or falling. Both depend on whether it’s a week or a month or a year. It’s the same with the temperature - if we start during the last Ice Age 15,000 years ago, then the temperatures have warmed. If you start from the Little Ice Age, which ended 200 years ago, it certainly has warmed. If you start from the Medieval Warming Period, it has cooled.

“If you start from 1998, however, then it has not warmed - it has cooled. So it depends on the time interval. People argue about this, and much of the difference between groups comes about when you don’t specify the time interval. There’s no question that the climate has not been warming in the last 10 years.” Reminded that there were members of Congress standing up in the debate and talking about the terrible things that are happening now as a result of global warming, Singer said: “That’s all eye wash. That’s not true. That’s simply hype.”

He went on to explain that “Nothing untoward is happening. The ice is not melting any faster, the sea level is not rising any faster. Hurricanes are not increasing in intensity or frequency; there’s been no impact.

ZEB...two things...classifying the fundamentals of human freedom as expressed by our founding documents as a 'belief', is a tragic error which opens the issue of the primacy of individual rights to mere, 'opinion'.

One must 'know', as objective, absolute truth, that each human is born with the innate right to life, liberty and the property to support that life. It is not a matter of belief, but of definition and knowledge.

Secondly; I have been engaged in this debate for nearly half a century and there is a 'conspiracy', albeit a loose one, to destroy the only totally free nation in the history of the world, America.

It is more, much more, than a political conspiracy, it is a philosophical and sociological conspiracy held together by faith in the collective, be it Church or State, over the primacy of the individual.

It is promulgated by the intellectual elite, the media community, the art community and the education community and expresses itself through the environmental movement and the feminist movement, among many other groups. I said a 'loose' conspiracy, because these various groups do not entirely agree with all of each groups goals, but share the common distaste for the free market, thus individual human freedom.

As for the DHS, Napolitan released a memo that mention gun rights & pro life supporters as people to keep an eye on, along with returning combat Vets.! Needless to say the Vet part caused quite a stink. This was in March or April.

The electronic voting machines are too easy to mess with. Diebold has one that can't count accurately and doesn't have a paper trail. It is the worst but there is at least one other that is nearly as bad. I would rather go back to paper ballots and I'm a computer tech with some decent programming skills!
