I recently received a request from someone to write a story about them. I have reason to believe that whoever sent the request is not the person they described themselves as. I have no problem assisting someone in getting their fantasy up on Lit erotica, but am worried about ethical and possible legal ramifications.
If the person is not who they describe themselves to be (I know, what a stretch here on Literotica to believe that), and the persona they created is entirely fictitious, no problem. What if they are describing someone who does exist in real life? They have passed along information on past sexual dalliances, and included names. Again, if those people are real, there are some issues.
I have seen people saying that posted stories are the result of a request such as the one I received. I would greatly appreciate guidance and insight on how to handle this.
