AH Gym- motivation and support thread!

I have been working out like hell the last two weeks, but I have been eating to compensate, so I have been gaining instead of losing... (hopefully more of it is muscle than fat, but I doubt it :rolleyes: )

As long as it's protien you're eating instead of twinkees, you'll probably be all right.

I know there's going to be a lot of steak eaten around my house this summer.
 
When it's too cold/hot, raining to work out outside, try a jump rope. Boxers use it and very few people are in better shape than a boxer.

I'll have to try that....it's good for cardio...

I need to get an FM transmitter so I can put a radio out in the garage and listen to music from the computer while I work out there....maybe I'll pick one up tomorrow...
