I'm reading up on it but thought I'd ask here.

Benefits?

Pros, cons?

I had inversion boots once upon a time. Loved 'em. Then I read an article about someone having a stroke from all the blood rushing to the head. Never used 'em again.

Thanks Imp. I'm looking into it but my interweb connection is frustratingly sloooow today. One 1985 study showed that "you are at no more of a stroke risk hanging upside down than if you are exercising right side up."

Isn't that pretty much like hanging your head over the side of the bed when on the bottom? So much safer than oxygen deprivation, don'tcherknow.

does convincing someone to be naughty upside down constitute inversion perversion conversion?

Actually I would like to try the inversion idea. It might help my back, sure as hell couldn't hurt

Several of the people I work with can't stop talking about the benefits of it... they swear by it. I would love to give it a try sometime.

Bats seem to like hangin' upside down. Of course they can also fly and eat bugs. I bet bein' incontinent is a bummer tho. ;)
