2) Some asshole in an old green pickup grabs her and takes her away. [Kidnapping right?]
3) Girl fails to get home.
4) Suspicion falls on BabyRaper, a level 3 sex offender, who lives one house away from Girl's school, despite condition of probation 1,000 yards from an school or playground.
5) SamScumbag lets BabyRaper, a level 3 sex offender live one house away from Girl's school, "Because he aint got no place else to live." [Damn lie! As you will see. Also treason, I think.]
6) Person or person unknown go to BabyRaper's hose and persuade(s) BabyRaper to tell what he did with Girl.
7) Local yokels, "I didn't see nothin', I didn't hear nothin', I don't know nothin'.
8) Girl's people [rednecks] talk with local search and rescue team.
9) Search and rescue team hits place of girl's abandonment at dawn. They track Girl down and find her about three quarters dead in the wilderness.
10) Search and rescue team gets girl to EMT who process her and take her to hospital.
11) BabyRaper, level 3 sex offender, runs to scumbags and claims that R. Richard assaulted him. [No bruises, no dislocations, hell no sprains. BabyRaper also a lyin' asshole.]
12) With Girl safe, rednecks arm themselves and go to scumbags.
13) Scumbags are kissing the ass of BabyRaper, level 3 sex offender. They want him safe. Girl? What the hell, just a redneck Girl.

20) The State scumbags come in.
21) R. Richard attempts to arrest SamScumbag for treason. SamScumbag, an armed brigand overthew the legal decision of a Judge, in violation of the US Constituton. The State police are now also guilty of conspricy.

You might be able to get a non-objective report from the other sex offenders who used to be in town. They have, jointly and severally, decided to relocate to places where the local hardware store isn't sold out of chain.

Actually, there's only one side to the story. The side is that of the Girl. She is recovered enough to probably identify the man who hurt her and then abandoned her overnight with no clothes. The scumbags [local and State]don't want her to talk to BabyRaper.

I certainly don't want to get the scumbags or BabyRaper. I don't have, at the moment, even a single link of chain.

Please note, there is NO EVIDENCE that I had anything to do with BabyRaper. Citizens in the area have no recollection.

Why don't you go down to your local scumbag station and tell then that you want to see the records of all of the sex offenders who are required to register with said scumbags. Don't leave anything thawing on the counter, likely you won't be coming back anytime soon. The scumbags just don't have the time or budget to keep the little girls and boys of the community safe.

I can trust any number of people in my town. The search and rescue people are the kind I can trust. The EMT people are the kind I can trust. Hell, even the rednecks now owe me. The rednecks have many unsavoreristics. However, there are certain types of debts they pay. They owe me.

I will certainly listen to practical advice on how to get the scumbags to keep sex offenders, particularly level 3 sex offenders, away from small children. I must admit that I put the safety of small children over that of law violating sex offenders. I have no trouble going to the people that a level 3 sex offender lives with and telling them, "Level 3 sex offender won't be kidnapping any more small children, ever." I would like your advice as to what you might say to the mother of the Girl if search and rescue hadn't found her in time.

Agreed. And before anyone starts on about children being safe in their own neighbourhood, it is a fact that children of that age are incapable of assessing the speed of an approaching vehicle and therefore CANNOT CROSS A ROAD SAFELY.

I must agree completely on this issue. The child's safety is the top priority regardless of the circumstances.

If you can't get or trust any local attorneys, try out of state. And if you really can't trust any local or out of state...call in the media. This is what the internet is good for. Make your case a news story and the DA and the Police will act and do their job.

This is another thing I just love about these "let me tell how he done me wrong where I'm the only one who can say what the real story is and then let's you and me fry the bastard" Internet postings. Let me tell you the whole story, or at least as much of it as anyone outside of the people who run the town [Da Boyz] know.

Girl goes to school in the morning along with a whole bunch of grade shoolers from redneck town. At some point in time Girl becomes involved in a heated discussion with another girl. Girl, apparently lacking some of the subtler interpersonal skills, settled the matter with what was said to be a good working left hook. As a result, Girl was forced to stay after school until the principal sobered up or whatever.

Meanwhile, the rest of the redneck grade schoolers went home, leaving Girl alone. The principal then apparently lectured Girl about the use of excessive force.

Girl then started home alone. The journey wasn't quite as bad as it seems. She did have to cross several streets, but there are lights at the corner of each intersection. Perhaps a bit dangerous, but not insanely so. At some point, BabyRaper grabbed Girl. [I have been assured that several daddys have had/will have a talk with their sons about staying until the last little kid, especially girl kid is ready to go home.]

Da Boyz have seen to it that SamScumbag will be relocating. He could have stayed in town as long as he wanted, but he was given a scumbag escort NOW only. [There were several rednecks who wanted to have a talk with him.]

The Chief scumbag is now the ex-Chief scumbag. The former Chief scumbag was given a choice of resigning, or else.

BabyRaper is apparently to be denied a speedy public trial, mainly by his own request. He wants to be put somewhere where the rednecks can't get at him. [I suspect that the rednecks have representation in at least most of the venues where BabRaper will likely be sent.]

Apparently someone will 'have a talk' with the principal at the elementary school where Girl attends. I volunteered for the duty, but was denied. [I suspect that they thought my sesquipedalian utterances might have gone over the head of the stupid fucking cunt, as it were.]

It has been a long, stresssful week.

Agreed. Your complete distrust/hatred of all things law enforcement has been espoused over and over, R. Richard. Whatever your reasons, I'm sure to you they are sound. But for many, they give a completely biased backdrop against the efficacy of any law enforcement agency.

As Cloudy suggested, let them do their job. If you lived their life, I've a feeling you would see things differently.
