Thanks everybody! How sweet come home and find so many well wishes for the people I love.
I left yesterday after they transferred my mom into a new room. She's out of the woods, for now. However, she's already refusing many of her treatments and therapies. If she doesn't start participating in her recovery, she won't make it another year.

It's Monday morning - my first school morning since I got back from Des Moines. The children are being remarkably well-behaved. I feel terrible know how badly all of them treated Sophie the several days I was gone.
It feels so good to be home and to be with my kids and Soph and her kids.
