Well, I don't want to seem like a total wanton on first meeting. Second meeting maybe ;)
I actually was talkative, somewhat flirty but was a good girl and didn't proposition anyone. Looking back, maybe I should have but overall it was a great time. There wasn't any time that I can remember where conversation lulled. But how do we know that you want us unless you let us know? I don't want to offend someone with attention they don't want so I am very cautious about approaching someone. Was raised that ladies didn't chase the men.

I'd rather have the confusion and the possibility of missing out on something that could have been .. then to go through the game playing of letting a woman have the satisfaction of knowing I want her first with tons of other men along with me just there to flatter her (in her eyes)

I've got the same problem.

I usually try for the old Saying it directly and if there's an awkward silence, quickly pretend that it was a joke.

Oooh you so needed to talk to me more. Took me 20 years to accept Nero calling me gorgeous. (I still think he's biased) I honestly am flattered every time someone is attracted to me. Men or women. I don't see it, many others don't and those that do tend to get rewarded.

I'm just getting used to having an effect on people. I spent years feeling like the ugliest bitch on the planet.

My husband and Lit are the two major factors that got the ball rolling for me, and now I'm slowly getting used to the fact that other people might actually find me sexy. It's a learning process, slow, and there are setbacks, but I do believe I've come a long way (and I think there was a lot of evidence of that last weekend). Just the fact that I have learned to talk to people and flirt with them makes me very happy. A few years ago I couldn't have done it.



And for the record, I think you're fantastic. :rose:
