Things here are about the same..Get to talk and "play" with Master maybe a couple days a week..which sucks when you used to get to do that more...:(

i am [tired/stressed/overworked] and am hanging on to this upcoming break for dear life. only 4 days.
 
two more nights.. that's all I've got to get through..well three.. tonight, Wednesday night, and Thursday night..

MIS, if I could do anything tangible to help you hold on, I would.

I just want them to tell me when I'm moving to Cleveland so this waiting for 2-3 months at a time are over. I feel so selfish with people who have to wait longer.. but to have this dangled over me for months is killing me...
 
this has been one of the best visits weve had.

a lot of stuff got worked through and....

i got re-collared !!!

not that i was ever un-collared. i was just allergic to the metal in my old one so had to stop wearing it. this new one is a replacement but also feels like a re-affirmation.


i REALLY dont want to leave, but im going home tonight

WOW! It sounds like you had such an amazing time! Thats great. I'm so happy for you :)

Its always tough when you have to leave... but its nice knowing that you have a few more good memories. It sounds like you have some fantastic memories!
 
Congrats MIS! I'm glad you had a great visit.

That was honestly one of the best things about this visit... getting to wear my collar... such a comforting feeling.

Also.. yesterday, I sadly took him to the airport and kissed him goodbye...



about 10 minutes later, my cell phone and then Malin's goes off. His flight was delayed to the point that he'd miss his connecting flight and he was asking if I minded coming and picking him up again...

did I mind???!!!???

so.. I got an extra night with him.

He's home now and we're not sure if there'll be another visit until Labor Day... but we know we can do it as long as we lean on each other
 
MIS, I can't imagine doing all this and being in college. You guys are pretty amazing, honestly. I'm glad it was a good visit and I hope it helps you going forward to feel grounded and good.:rose:

I'm with you...I love reading MIS' postings as they are not only good, but they have a strength of purpose and unwavering loyalty to working toward a future together positively and together. Love is a wonderful thing.:rose:

oh, thank you.

i hate to dissapoint, but our relationship isnt always filled with strength. we definitly have our ups and downs. we just seem to always work it out.

as an aside, somebosy told me recently that we were the most incompatible couple he could think of. heh.
 
Just dropping in to say hi to everyone! Hope all is well with you and yours...

bf is actually here for the week! He's on spring break, and so even though I'm still busy with school, its amazing having him around. I've just been seeing him everyday, for dinner, or a movie, and it feels like we have a normal, non-long distance relationship for the first time since we got together. Its great, but it almost feels weird, its so unusual!

I'm really loving this week. I wish we could spend more time this way

LOL, I don't think anyone can honestly say their relationship is perfect 100% of the time and doesn't require work, but what I see with your postings is not only the ability to sometimes talk about having difficulties in some way, but doing so without revealing all A's most intimate secrets and possibly breaching his trust by doing so, and in the process making him, you, or your relationship look bad.

When I began learning the intricacies of such relationships, one of the things which was taught to me from the beginning was there are certain things which may happen which you do not reveal to others (especially many others and publicly) and chancing his reputation being damaged by the view of him people might form from that revelation...and the same goes for a PYL revealing a pyl's difficulties publicly when it is deeply intimate and possibly damaging. It is not always easy to do, especially in the moment on a bad day, but it is possible and you do it well.:rose:
