I recently went to horror/circus themed cabaret a few months back.

Which gives me an idea:

Circus comes to town for the Halloween season. This one is smaller but is really popular, not just for the gorgeous dancers and acrobats, as well as the morbid comedy sections and clowns but their freak show, which features fantastical monsters and no one can tell how they make them seem so realistic but they also never have the same lineup.

The secret? Leading up to the show, they hit up the town, they troll around forums, some of them even have Onlyfans, and they find people in town who are lonely and horny and then turn them into beasts and monsters based on the shape of their lusts.

Pumpkin pie eating contest? The contest ends and our heroine, covered in pie, steps off the stage along with the other contestants, including the handsome young man who was sitting next to her. Everyone is laughing at how messy they all are. The handsome young man helps wipe a little pie off her face with a funny "Ummm... you have a little crumb right... here". She giggles and he knows his joke had the effect he intended. She returns the favor, wiping some pie from his face, and then flirtatiously licks her finger. He grins, steps closer, "And, a crumb here too...", and runs a finger along her jawline and to the corner of her mouth. Lost in the moment, she opens her mouth and gives the tip of his finger a lick, then a suck. His slight gasp and involuntary moan let her know it had the effect she intended. She tries to break free from the moment, regretting her flirtations, and says "I umm, have to go. My husband is waiting for...". The handsome young man says, "He'll understand you need time to clean up. Someone (or a couple) is invited to a Halloween party thrown by a friend-of-a-friend. Huge popular party every year. Each year, the host picks a theme... and often adds a "social game" to encourage mingling, interaction, and fun (one of the reasons all the singles like it so much).

This year's costume theme is "killers".

So, perhaps our happy couple dress as a vampire and a sexy Poison Ivy from Batman fame. They are excited because it's the first time they've been invited to this party.

They get to the party and are given a slip of paper with the name of another guest. (Maybe one name for the couple? Or, probably one name each?)

The party game is "killer", and your task is to track down and kill your prey - but it must be done in the manner of your costume. So, he, the vampire, has to bite their neck. She has to kiss them (Poison Ivy's poison lipstick!).

So, they spend the night . and at various points get "hunted" by The Beast, who "kidnaps" her, locking her away in "his castle" (a room down a hallway away from the party).

...which, of course, all night repeatedly puts them in situations that are highly sexually charged... and leads to all sorts of fun, or at the very least a great night of sex & sharing stories when they get home.


A variation might be that the party is not just known to be good for mingling, but, is specifically for swingers and the game is just openly a way to mix and match different people during the night.

Comedy of errors: every attempt to not cross its path has her getting more and more involved with other people

For example: sees the cat coming, she jumps into a room and smacks into a crying guest. Not wanting to fall she clings on to them, so the guest thinks she’s comforting them. So they pull her into their friend group but the cat comes towards her so she leaps out of the way and winds up knocking another guest into the pool.

Guest is happy as they were too nervous to jump in, so she winds up spending time with her and they both change into new costumes which are notably skimpier but she doesn’t have time to complain or even finish dressing all the way as the car sneaks into the room

So she jumps out partially dressed and wins the sexy costume contest.

By the end of the night all the people she’s “helped” are enamored with her and plan to have some group fun with her. She finds out and tries to chicken out but here comes the cat and she jumps into the bedroom, the little bits of her costume getting caught and torn off on the doorknob and she winds up naked on the bed with all her new friends being amazed at her boldness

Had two ideas for the Halloween contest. 1st would be romance story between werewolf and vampire. Kinda cliche but easiest to write. (Plus lots of sex, obs).

Second is something like Beetlejuice. Summoning a ghost to help woo the love interest, but ghosts are gonna ghost and not cooperate after summoning or use legal-ese to get out of "helping as intended".
