General idea: woman belongs to a group that believes that when a woman is pregnant, that she is free to have sex with whoever she wants.
More specific/my take:
Guy is friends with his ex. While he does miss her, he’s happy for her and her husband. He’s a bit weird and new-agey but he’s also a better fit for his ex.
It’s not too surprising when they ask him to be the godfather of their future child but what does surprise him is when his ex comes out in maternity lingerie and lies down on a special reclined couch. Turns out hubbie and her believe it takes a village to raise a child and that by having sex with the people who will be part of that village, she’ll be adding their strength to hers when she gives birth. Since he’s going to be the godfather, she wants him to have first go…then a three way with him and hubby.
Another spin: woman get pregnant and she doesn’t even know who the father is. She’s terrified but to her surprise: her grandma comes to her rescue. She gives her a key to her old place in another state and it’s pretty nice. The villagers are also pretty helpful and once they find out she’s pregnant, they are especially helpful.
Eventually one of the women explain the custom in between eating her out and she soon can’t help but revel in it, having all the village men fuck her.
