CEO is an utter sleazeball, he is cheating on his wife, he knocked up his secretary and he’s blackmailing several female employees. Each day is so full of debauchery that he doesn’t do any work aside from a quick interview here or there.

…and that is just how his company wants it.

Before he became an utter dirtbag, CEO would put them into dickwagging contests, he’d give interviews that would tank their stock prices, or decide to jump into politics. But he had controlling shares so he couldn’t be forced out.

So the company arranged for opportunities for him to live out his fantasies. Secretary is fully in on it, as long as she gets a payout, wife is happy husband is making less of an asset of himself and allowing her to pursue her own interests and affairs, and the “blackmail” is planted info and the employees are former sex workers who are also handsomely being paid.

CEO of course has no idea and thinks he’s an evil genius, having no idea that he’s being played the fool

Sounds like a cross between Trumps life story and the movie 9 till 5. I don’t think this is the newest idea but there is a chance to put another take on the storyline. Good luck with it.

I find it far fetched. That are lots of things companies can do to ax a CEO regardless of how much stock he controls.

I think the story about how the wife deals with her asshole husband more interesting. The company is blissfully unaware of his philanderering and she had to figure out how to rid of him without hurting the company that she also works for.

I have seen it in person in real life, almost just as described. The guy had 3 official women, including the secretary. He was... well, pretty much a petty criminal in his spirit and presentation (including, he did get into physical fights occasionally) but imagined he's playing Richard Branson (the Virgin guy). Well, ours was dumb as fuck. Actually he knew it, yet, didn't really let it be admitted. But it was all a game, more or less, everyone was in on it. He was the point man, a facade and hollow by design, seemingly. Well, I don't really know what the deal really was, but it was all deliberate, a style. Okay, it was a Russian company, so it was, expected? in some contexts likely. That mix of mob and glamour with prison culture is something incomprehensible even to near-bystanders, but it's real.

So the CEO was a joke, a young burlesque player who didn't have a real say in anything, but played "vitality" and was a disposable point man with mob and what not. The company was actually ran by a committee of three older men who didn't have any employment or official involvement in it, the main finance lady and the marketing director who was a young genius but actively malicious on his own. And said finance lady was the only "not-too-old" woman in the company who could, and did refute his advances.

But all other girls were more or less shield by his official sexual secretary who was a sex worker first, anything else second, and dumb bimbo... no, she wasn't playing a dumb bimbo, she was. I think she might qualify as retarded in medical sense, but dam she was sweet and pretty as fuck, and could get any red blooded guy hard just looking his way, and she did. But you had to beat the CEO in fistfight to sleep with her and could or not be fired after. Ah yes, what I wanted to say, she, the sexretary, took great and genius pride in her role and would get in the middle of any of CEO's other in-house pursuits with such a sweetly packed furious jealousy as if her employment was at stake.

He did have a wife and a young child or two, they didn't show up much, pretty much living on their own quietly. He had an official "city mistress" a "society lady" minor local celebrity he was running after.

The marketing guy once went into explaining why it's all right and necessary for business, but I would lie saying I get his drift on it, as funny and witty as he could be, for a rude Russian chauvinist. But that was how they roll.

I think the story can work if the CEO is sent to a different branch after a half-failed coup. The shareholders convince him that he will still be the CEO, but he will be working from a new branch. He’s furious because the new location is smaller than the parent company, but in order to hang onto his position, he reluctantly moves to another city with the sole aim of scheming his way back to headquarters. Then he discovers the little paradise the shareholders have set up for him — designed to keep him there. It’s nothing extravagant, but it gives him total control over the few employees working there, and he is free to indulge himself in debauchery. Almost like the British trying to keep Napoleon in comfort on St. Helena.

In the meantime, the shareholders and his wife begin gathering more and more dirt on him. One day, he discovers that his wife controls all of his assets, and he is abandoned. No more luxury, no more fun — and he’s forced to rely on an employee he once abused just to survive. She takes him in and makes him hers, nurturing him until he can start again. The story ends with his return to success, having given up his vices to become the good husband he could never be with his ex-wife.

I rather like that. Well done.
