The hat and the sunglass bows pressing down on his ear, and the different angles and qualities of the two photos easily account for any minor visual discrepancies.

Also:
An ammosexual civilian shot an ammosexual civilian in the case of Charlie Kirk.
It was NOT a case of a white TAXPAYER FUNDED cop (who was a MAGAt) murdering a handcuffed black civilian by kneeling on his neck and pressing his face into blistering hot pavement until he was dead (and not rendering aid afterwards) - despite / ignoring the pleadings of nearby onlookers.
Also:
There is a history of black people not being believed when they claimed police abuse, so the VIDEO of the George Floyd murder by a white (MAGAt) cop was a pretty significant moment / flashpoint.
