No, it gives qualified people a legitimate chance at getting positions that they are able to perform adequately. (And it is VERY difficult to take ANY argument against DEI seriously when we have a white male president who is barely literate and has the mindset of a six year old, by the way.)Hiring on the basis of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advances people to positions where they are usually unable to perform adequately.
