Not into incest at all, but the thread title made me realize there are people with a very plausible loophole to get around all of the labels.

Adoptees. We're not typically related to anyone, unless it was an inter-family adoption, so that would erase any issues about keeping it in the family. You're just stuck with the dilemma of having called everyone family.
