But, I've noticed on Girls' Trips that my friends who grew up with sisters are fine skinny dipping, showering together, or just changing in front of everyone, without hesitation. Where as I would never do those things on a whim. I think most of my friends are more comfortable with group nudity than I am.

I always had my own room, so my own privacy was ensured, and always having boys around causes a kind of modesty that's just engendered by the situation. Regardless of what the icky incest threads would have you believe (yes, I'm kink shaming!) Little sisters do not want their brothers attention on their bodies.

Ultimate Frisbee was big at my college. During spring finals week we all needed a good study break. So quietly we would spread the word among a few players that the game was on. At midnight we head to the football stadium, scale a fence, and then the other side made a nice pile of clothes. Play for like 30-60 minutes. Then back to the books, with blood flowing and rejuvenated for many more hours of studying. It was fun. Once security got word but they were two eighty years old guys and all of us were dressed and over the fence on the other side of the field before they got the lock open on their side. And once my buddy wasn't looking and took a Frisbee in the....yup. But mostly all wonderful college experiences.

I think there is safety in numbers in both situations for women. I would say the 1 naked man to 10 clothed women is the "safer" ratio if safer means there is unlikely to be sexual activity or if there is, the women are in control of all of it. Three to two could get dicey with the wrong men.
