I always considered kinks to be relative. A kink to one person could be the norm to another. What is the cutoff between “normal” and “kinky” and who gets to decide? I didn’t realize I was kinky until my porn search words started showing up with “kink” as part of the search results.

In general, I'm not open about my kinks. When married, I shared some with my ex-wife and she didn't see the point or pleasure in them. But when she shared stories about her former BF tying her up, it was clear that her kink was important something I should get into.
But I did have one FWB from before my marriage and then we picked it up again after the divorce...and still got together with her a few times a year until a couple of years ago. Every time we met, we'd share new desires and kinks and fully explore them over the next couple of days. Not much was out of bounds and the fact that we could so freely share them and have the desire to explore them to please each other was truly special. Most of my kinks revolve around bondage and control scenarios, as well as anthropomorphic and fantasy characters. I have interests in things like straitjacket bondage, pony play roleplay, and prison roleplay, to name a few things.

I've indulged my kinks mainly through online roleplay (which admittedly I don't do so much these days) and through writing stories that deal with the themes I'm interested in. In real life, I've experimented a little bit with ball gags and things like that, though not extensively.

I generally don't talk about them with people I know in real life unless it's in a setting where it's appropriate to do so, i.e. a munch or similar event. Even so, I might be a bit cautious anyway.

Do yo actually indulge in your kinks and have you made any effort from your end to indulge in them. Or you just keep your kinks as a fantasy.
I have developed many kinks over the years and have been indulging in them. Exhibitionism and being naughty / risky in public is one of my kink which I have worked to to make it a part of my daily life. I don't hide it from friends and family any longer and the result has been that many of my friends and family have chosen to ignore me.
But do I care, I don't think so. Life is too short and time will go so fast that soon I will be regretting that I did not enjoy myself. So I have really stopped caring what people think or say and do things which give me sexual pleasures.
