Total myth.
At my lefty house, the men and women have black belts in martial arts, have had at least minimal training with firearms including pistols, rifles, and shotguns. I made it mandatory for my daughter to earn a black belt in something before she could date. My sister's have done the same with their daughters.
With 25% of women in the U.S. facing sexual assault at some time in their lifetime, it is the correct thing to do.
You don't understand this one thing. Many liberals grew up here in the U.S. While we don't really like guns- especially in the schools, does not mean we don't own or know how to use them. We can fuck shit up too. We just don't brag about it like a bunch of COD playing, idiot, right-wing nuts.
