Prescription for a revolt.

Perhaps those who employ illegals should be treated with the contempt that now attaches to historic slave owners?

eVerify and fines with some teeth. Throw in an elevation to a felony charge after the first offense. Go after the employers.

It might be difficult to achieve this given many if the employers of undocumented people are Republicans.

Pretty much all the mid to large size busineses raided by ice at the beginning of 45's term we're Republican owned....that sort of tactic by ice seem to shift quickly.to other "smaller" targets quickly around that time...does anyone wonder why?

I agree with that to a great extent.
On another point, these people have to hide in the shadows
and become, on another level, victims of crime because they are afraid to call the police.

Unless, of course, if they are a "sanctuary city," and those municipalities/states
should have all of their Federal funding held up until they agree to enforce the law.

Their employment falls hardest on minorities and the young
looking for their entry point into the job market.

I would like you to prove that contention. Please...

In the UK, illegals seeking asylum are NOT allowed to work but are given accommodation and minimal benefits.

But the vast majority are not on official records. It is easy to get forged NI documentation (all that is required to obtain work) because the UK does not have a national identity card system unlike almost the whole of the EU.

The lack of identity cards is one of the reasons that illegals see the UK as the place to get to. they can disappear, get forged documents, and work.

That must be why (R)'s are big supporters of such policy and controlling immigration while (D)'eez do all they can to undermine our borders and incentivize illegal immigration right??

That must be why (D)'eez are on TV talk shows crying about who will do the jobs "no one wants" if we make the HORRIBLE AND EVIL decision to force them immigrate legally by enforcing our immigration laws that you (D)'eez just absolutely detest for some reason.

Right?? :D

If they were republican owned fine, but why was it the (D)'eez shrieking about it like the Nazis AND the aliens from Independence Day had invaded the country and the world was coming to an end???

Why is it the (D)'eez who are STILL adamantly undermining our immigration laws and border?? Incentivizing illegal immigration instead of forcing legal immigration??

Ya'llz buuuu shit deflections away from just how anti-American you twats are when it come to immigration don't add up.

Good point there...

;) ;)

I do not think that the bulk of illegals were working a lot of big business.

They were working jobs in everything from construction/landscaping to domestic help and food service.

First of all I really don't care what the political stripes are of the employers and eVerify certainly levels the playing field.

There are, and have been, mechanisms in place for seasonal workers. Mechanisms that insure that they're paid and treated fairly.

If the republicans are the most guilty parties wrt the hiring of illegals, why is it that the democrats are the ones fighting against eVerify? Big disconnect there.

That does not, by any stretch of imagination, even remotely prove your point.

It doesn't even say that it was a "Republican" business...

And, whenever someone uses a singular example,
they are almost always engaging in the fallacy of
the exception proving the rule.

You made a specific claim, you must have been working off of some valid source. Right?

I figure I'll let people decide for themselves what "political persuasion" these business/owners are and to be fair...there are many accounts of singular families seeking asylum and hold up in houses of worship.and getting protection from those clergy of various religious and political backgrounds.

So you went from an absolute a priori declaration to,
it's in the eyes of the beholder...

You should really be a little more disciplined if you want to be taken seriously.

I'm not interested in being taken "seriously" by you....plenty other here.
The point was made with sources....folks can decide...unless you want to decide for them? Lol...liberty?

I didn't think you could answer........ best to just ignore those facts that SHIT all over the lie you're trying to push.

You still cannot claim that your sources prove any point.

But here's a point: The tech giants are unabashedly Left-leaning and
it is no secret to anybody and because of their wealth and power,
they can bribe Congress for ever more H! visas that price
American college graduates out of the job market.

So, on down the line, I'm sure that a lot of smaller Democrat-run businesses
are very comfortable with hiring illegal help, because they can.
They put profits before people...

You know, I thought the Left was more than concerned about "misinformation"
(part of their war against FOX News and an effort to stifle any and all dialog),
so I am very surprised to see someone of the Left just, unapologetically,
throwing out misinformation as proven fact, with absolutely no proof.

"Until recently, I had only known other Republicans with Democrat friends or family members who had severed relationships with them because of politics. This situation changed when out of the blue, almost a year after the 2020 election, a close relative sent a profanity-filled text attacking me because I am a Republican who voted for President Trump. This person called me an “idiot,” “moron,” “douche bag,” “Repubutard,” and “dips---t,” and told me I should not talk to them again if I liked President Trump. This individual’s opinion that President Trump was a “liar” and the Republican party was a “pack of liars” was given as the reason I should not vote or register Republican. However, no examples of the supposed lies were provided. We had never discussed why I am a Republican or my reasons for voting for President Trump. We had not discussed politics in years. My sense of our unspoken contract was we had agreed to disagree and get along. My previous text was 'Miss you. When can we get together?'

"After recovering from my initial shock, my first question was, 'What do Democrats hope to achieve by such behavior -- do they think insulting and cutting off Republican friends and family will make us change our political views?' One might think a better approach would be to keep communication channels open, discuss differences of opinion, and explain the reasons they support Democrat policies and actions. Democrats who are secure in the positions of their party should welcome discussion and be able to provide reasoned arguments substantiated by truthful facts. Instead, despite their claims to abhor bullying, many Democrats engage in it -- unabashedly subjecting Republicans to unfounded accusations and ad hominem attacks, and dismissing them as deplorable. Who would want to be affiliated with people who engage in such behavior? When Democrats abuse and reject Republicans in this way, is there a reason for Republicans to keep them in our lives?"

Brandi Levine, American Thinker

There are two reasons the democrats want to flood this nation with cockroaches.

The first is the fact that SS and Medicare are going bust. They believe that flooding the nation with low wage earners, in sufficient quantities of course, will some how prop up the systems. That is exactly what the Europeans did starting in the mid 70's and it FAILED. Obviously they're too fucking stupid to learn from the mistakes of others.

The second is a long term vision whereby they grant all the cockroaches citizenship so that the ignorant bastards will vote democrat.

They really don't care what the cost to the citizens are.
