IMG_7510.jpegBest gift? Oh man, so many! I love presents!

One that comes to mind because I just recently saw the friend that was astonished I’d been so happy about it was as a senior in HS I was applying to physics programs and I really wanted a ridiculously expensive calculator that my parents really couldn’t afford. And yet, they did. So nerdy to have been stoked by getting an HP-48SX. But this thing is literally the best piece of electronics I’ve every owned . The button feel…oh baby! RPN! It had minesweeper! Which got me through so many boring chemistry lectures! And an expansion card that had a built in periodic table that was so helpful with the homework from said boring lectures. Such a treasured gift.

PM CHALLENGE - DAY THIRTEEN

PM a moderator and say thank you

1. I know things on Lit feel a little spicy right now with the rule changes BUT our moderators (broadly speaking) don't make the rules and here to help when we need them with very little thanks or incentive. Pick one and say thank you.
2. Once you've sent your PM come back and tell me one thing you love about Lit and one thing you'd change about Lit tomorrow if you could for EIGHT prize tickets.

Alright I completed this one early so she didn't get startled when she say an unusual amount of PMs. Very thankful for this mod specifically - whose patience and help has been invaluable to me.

I love Lit's old-school-ness. I don't want it to be like other social media. I love the way it works and that it attracts a certain type of person who will deal with it.
What would I change? I want my pictures back please! Barring that, I'd like to change the reaction emojis.

If you currently have your glasses and pencil skirt on, were the days with no tickets a oversight or intentional?

And if you say intentional, is that genuine intentional, or fuck off Salty?

It's messing with my excel formulas having blanks 😜
