Or does it just take longer than 2-3 weeks to be moderated.
Don't want to stress the moderators, just curious if I did something wrong.

None of us in the forums know how long it will take for a new avatar to get updated. Sometimes it’s days and sometimes it’s weeks. Submitting a new one will put you back at the end of the line, incidentally.
