@Lilianna23 I am so fortunate to have you on call ... thanks for the advice and I promise to follow it... well most of it I am a typical guy
That's a long drive, Boat! Be careful! You want to reach the arms of your goddess intact!Stunningly beautiful!
Lol... yeah, I hope I didn't offend any of our northern friends as well!
Sincere Thanks for the best wishes!... I get off Thursday, but have a thousand mile drive after that.
Did she have pain before the massage? She might have a muscle spasm. They can hurt like hell. If it's new pain since the massage, I would tell her to go back to the therapist and tell them. They can assess the situation. They may prescribe some stretching exercises for her.Attn nurses: medical advice needed.
My wife had a massage on Saturday, and ever since then, her bicep is aching like crazy. She’s very sensitive to stuff like that, and the pain is not very much during the day while she was working.
But at night, it’s unbearable and she can’t sleep. Every time she moves her arm it’s very painful. She never takes medicine and last night she even took a Tylenol, but it didn’t seem to help.
We are trying a warm compress today, but like I said during the day, it doesn’t really hurt, it’s only at night when her arm is in a neutral position. It kept her up the better part of the last three nights.
Thank you for being kind to Bambi! You might appreciate this story.
Yesterday, I tried for a little range therapy and was plinking at about 90 yards with a 22 caliber rifle. At 50 yards I can get really tight groupings, but at 90 I was all over the place (even using a scope).
I’m reloading my magazines when a deer literally walks right across my range at 50 yards! It’s not off-season, but I only had a 22. The deer was not all that large, but that was not the right weapon for it, so it could potentially be cruel. And of course it’s illegal.
I mean, three minutes earlier I was blasting away, hitting all of the gongs, making all kinds of noise and this deer just happens to come right into the area!
I gave it a warning shot and it came even closer! Wise up deer! Eventually, it went scampering off, but not till it realized it was about 20 feet from me by the end!
Thank you! Will do.... if I get to tired, I'll shut down on roadside for a powernap! That's a long drive, Boat! Be careful! You want to reach the arms of your goddess intact!![]()
Goodnight Rj... hope you get good rest!Good night/morning peeps
I've never tried this, Boat. It has both willow bark and comfrey in it. Willow bark has a compound similar to aspirin and has been used for centuries for pain and fever reduction. This is my go-to on ANY fresh tissue injury!
I gave mine to a lady on my dive boat, when I saw her with an elbow brace on... after almost a week, she canceled her orthopedic appointment!

I get that! Too much togetherness can be wearying.Too much being together and driving ... I need a break
The symptoms of both can be similar. If you are experiencing nerve pain, numbness, or weakness of either (or both) your legs, it could point to spinal disk impingment of a spinal nerve. Commonly called a "slipped disk," it is actually a bulging or protruding portion of disk material that puts pressure on the nerves.Does anyone know the symptoms of arthritis in the lower back and how it’s different from lower back pain? Yes I have been having lower back pain especially in the morning and today it’s lasting longer than usual.
Yes Ma'am, I'm aware of the warnings about Comfrey, but big pharma hates natural remedies, so the testing done on lab rats, would be the equivalent of me eating bales of Comfrey.I've never tried this, Boat. It has both willow bark and comfrey in it. Willow bark has a compound similar to aspirin and has been used for centuries for pain and fever reduction.
Comfrey has also been used for wound healing as well as muscle and joint pain. It is hepatotoxic, however, meaning it can cause liver damage. Most countries have outlawed comfrey as an oral medication. If it is used for muscle pain, I would recommend limiting its use and checking with one's Healthcare provider.
Good morning and evening!Afternoon all![]()
