just so fucking blatant

The criminal didn’t do time. That’s not how it’s supposed to work.

The punishment I propose is simply what the court ordered. 👍
“Sheriff Scott Jenkins, his wife Patricia, and their family have been dragged through HELL by a Corrupt and Weaponized Biden DOJ.

In fact, during his trial, when Sheriff Jenkins tried to offer exculpatory evidence to support himself, the Biden Judge, Robert Ballou, refused to allow it, shut him down, and then went on a tirade.

As we have seen, in Federal, City, and State Courts, Radical Left or Liberal Judges allow into evidence what they feel like, not what is mandated under the Constitution and Rules of Evidence.

This Sheriff is a victim of an overzealous Biden Department of Justice, and doesn’t deserve to spend a single day in jail.

He is a wonderful person, who was persecuted by the Radical Left ‘monsters,’ and ‘left for dead.’

This is why I, as President of the United States, see fit to end his unfair sentence, and grant Sheriff Jenkins a FULL and Unconditional Pardon."

So you can cry harder.

You said “They broke the law, they did time. They're done. It's how it's supposed to work.”

But the criminal won’t serve his time (and won’t pay a $4 million fine) because of the pardon. And you’re okay with that because Trump.

MAGA sheep are so weird.

Absolutely.

I hear their next job is to set up a slew of fake llcs...

Bookkeeping entries? You really are a fool, no mistake.
You're the fool!! The bookkeeping entries you speak of are misdemeanors not felonies, and ran past the statute of limitations. Bootstrapping federal campaign finance and other made up charges to a misdemeanor that ran its course is abuse of power. Adding federal felony charges to misdemeanor charges at the closing arguments is unconstitutional, violates due process and since you democrats are soooo tuned in to due process lately you should have a keen understanding of why Trump was falsely charged.. You keep believing that Trump is a felon.

I read that!

Meanwhile Hunter GOT A PARDON, after pleading GUILTY, and a pass on the tax evasion. He's an ADMITTED FELON.

Yet Trump, who is still in the appeals process, and who could be completely exonerated, gets vilified.

You have a consistency problem with your narrative. One is an admitted felon, the other maintains his innocence and could have his convictions overturned. You're good with the one being let off scott free (while saying he shouldn't have been) but also good with someone who claims innocence being locked up. Because Trump, not because you're "fair" or want to see the law upheld.
People claim innocence, though guilty. Trump, a diagnosed narcissist, has trouble with that issue as well. A jury found him guilty. You have issues with that, but as a so-called legal expert, you understand and accept, supposedly, that the justice system met its obligations. Though you may not have agreed, you should at least acknowledge that process.

Let’s get the facts straight—because spinning narratives doesn’t change reality.

Yes, Hunter Biden was pardoned by his father. It was a full and unconditional pardon covering federal offenses committed over a span of years. You can criticize that—including people who once took the President at his word that he wouldn’t intervene in his son’s legal troubles. That’s fair game.

But let’s not pretend Trump is being unfairly “vilified.” He wasn’t targeted in secret. He was tried in open court, with full legal representation, and convicted by a jury on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in relation to a hush money payment. That’s not political vengeance—that’s due process.

Appeals are part of the legal process , but don’t erase a conviction until and unless a court says so. Trump is appealing the case as he always does, trying to run out the clock or beat down an opponent via wealth and power. That doesn’t make the conviction disappear, and it doesn’t mean the system is corrupt just because you don’t like the outcome.

Let’s be consistent. You want to call out Hunter’s pardon? Fine. But don’t turn around and act like Trump’s conviction is some sort of political persecution while ignoring the facts of his case: a defense team, courtroom proceedings, cross-examinations, evidence, and a unanimous verdict.

You’re not defending the rule of law—you’re defending one man against the law. Big difference.

You seem wrapped around your axle over supporting a man who Judge Merchan sentenced and then let go with no further legal action or time served.

Yes, he is appealing the case. Everyone knows that. Will it ever get resolved? Who knows, but we certainly know the case followed the laws, and Trump had an adequate defense. Consistently, though, you defend the seemingly indefensible even after Judge Merchan determined the case verdict. You blame the 'evidence', the crooked DA, the inept, biased Democrat judge, and the prejudiced, unfair jury.

Man, you are a rabid piece of work in progress!

The facts of the case are that he killed two FBI Agents.
and again:

Did he?
Perhaps because there is some major questions about the case?
Educate yerself.

Some organizations have raised doubts about Peltier's guilt and the fairness of his trial, based on inconsistencies in the FBI and prosecution's handling of the case. Two witnesses in the initial trial recanted their statements and stated they were made under duress at the hands of the FBI. At least one witness was given immunity from prosecution in exchange for testimony against Peltier.

During a June 8, 2024, interview by Native News Online, Peltier's serving attorney Kevin Sharp – who has also served as U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of Tennessee from 2011 to 2017, including as Chief Judge from 2014 to 2017 – stated the following:

"Pine Ridge was a powder keg with the Goon Squad operating there with the government's help. AIM was there to protect those who were not part of the Goon Squad. There were many murders and assaults in a three-year timeframe. When plain-clothed agents in unmarked cars arrived, a firefight ensued. Leonard did not shoot the agents, and the FBI knew this but withheld evidence. The court of appeals acknowledged this but couldn't overturn the conviction due to legal standards. Judge Heaney, who wrote the opinion, later supported clemency for Leonard. Now, 38 of Judge Heaney's former clerks support parole for Leonard, including three who worked on his case. The government admits they don't know who killed the agents, but it wasn't Leonard. It's time to release Leonard and start the healing process."

I didn’t speak of any, and defending a piece of shit constantly is moronic. When it so clearly stinks and fouls the atmosphere it’s time to clean it up.

Trump is now having his Pardon Attorney (was there such a post in previous administrations?) review the commutations given/sold to the 'Oath Keeper' Insurrectionists including Stuart Rhodes, the attorney so dumb he shot his own eye out whilst giving a demonstration on gun safety.

Apparently these people need full pardons rather than commutation of sentence because then they can get dollars from the American Taxpayer (you).

The amount that Trump is charging for these pardons is not yet known, however he's selling meetings with his glorious & supreme self for $5m each. Totally not corrupt.

Let’s play who did Clinton pardon from the WhiteWater scandal! I’ll let the stars explain it to the kiddies…

“Sheriff Scott Jenkins, his wife Patricia, and their family have been dragged through HELL by a Corrupt and Weaponized Biden DOJ.

What does that sheriff have to do with Trump’s pardon of a criminal who stole $7.5 million in withheld payroll taxes?

Nothing. 👍

Spare me the pearl clutching.

You're as hypocritical as they come.

Am I? Do I support pardoning convicted criminals who get their Mommy to pay Trump $1 million so they don’t have to do time for stealing millions in withheld payroll taxes? 😆

No, I do not.

Maybe she'd feel better if we released an international merchant of death for a female basketball player.

It's exactly that, political persecution. The case didn't follow the law, due process is a constitutional right, it was clearly lawfare and a great deception. TDS becomes you. Pretending you
care about justice is laughable on its face.

Trump had lawyers. If there were anything irregular about the case, they could have gotten it dismissed.

Bookkeeping entries: It's funny how you fudged that statement, trying to make it seem like a little innocuous white-collar error. A lawyer sleight of hand attempt, but I'm not buying that at all out here.

Both are free, by the way... neither of them went to jail, did they?

Had Trumpian politics not reared its ugly head over Hunter Biden's gun, drug, and tax matters, his father would not have pardoned him. Trump beat the drum of 'I'm your retribution' and threatened to use the DOJ as a weapon. In light of that threatening action by the incoming President, Biden acted to thwart the obvious 'lawfare' that would have ensued under the felon in this matter. That's pretty evident from the way the felon is currently being used by the DOJ and his ham-handed treatment of Harvard: politics of everything else, regardless of legalities.

Those bookkeeping errors were compounded by other stacks of cases hanging over the felon's head, lest you forget that they were made to go away when the felon took office: the J6 case, Georgia's case, the top secret documents case down in Mar-a-Lago, etc. He isn't a sweet-smelling rose behind a desk with quill and ledger, having just a few digits off his bookkeeping, is he? [That's rhetorical. No need to respond.]
Hunter didn't defraud Americans on the way to an election victory.

What's wrong with you people?
