just so fucking blatant

It's exactly that, political persecution. The case didn't follow the law, due process is a constitutional right, it was clearly lawfare and a great deception. TDS becomes you. Pretending you
care about justice is laughable on its face.
"I could shoot someone on 5th Ave and not lose a single MAGAt."

Cite! Your statement is presumptuous.

I don’t put much credence in the New Yorker, the Guardian or other leftist Trump hating rags and you shouldn’t either. If political donations are now characterized as bribes then the whole Democratic Party should be charged and convicted.

Why did Biden pardon his felon of a son. Why did Biden issue pardons for all of his inner circle on the way out the door. We know why.

Why did you support the Biden crime family? There’s enough compelling circumstantial evidence to impanel a grand jury but a rouge DOJ failed to impanel a grand jury investigating, a DOJ that ran a protection racket for the Biden’s.
What’s the evidence against Biden?

Don’t you think it odd that the Biden’s are a criminal family and there’s all this evidence yet Bondi won’t look into it?

You should be calling out whoever made her AG.

The whole crime family and the inner circle have been pardoned.

TDS–you ass. The case followed the laws.

Hunter Biden was pardoned. Fact.
It was politically costly and widely criticized—even by people on his father’s side.

Donald Trump was convicted. Fact. By a jury. In a court of law. With full legal representation. Thirty-four felony counts. Not one. Not two. Thirty-four.

He’s appealing, but he’s not exonerated. He’s a convicted felon.

You can be upset about Hunter’s pardon and accept Trump’s conviction. But pretending one justifies ignoring the other? That’s not logic. Bubba, that’s desperation laughing in your face!

...
A $288 million donation will get you a Fed job at the White House and free lawn advertising for your Teslas. Tell me that isn't a presumptuous bribe.

That’s the very nature of Corruption.

If Joe Biden hadnt been VP and then Pres, neither his son nor brother would have made millions as “consultants” in Ukraine, etc.

The Pardons are part of that scam.

Take off your Partisan Beer Goggles.

“It’s just so fucking blatant!”

If Trump hadn't been President twice, neither of his sons would have made billions as 'business partners' in Saudi Arabia, etc.

Butters & Mallard both agree.. the Bidens were also corrupt.

He was convicted on 3 felony gun charges. He faced up to 25 years even though first time offenders don't receive nearly the maximum
punishment. Whether the judge would have sentenced him to any jail time is unknown. He did finally admit to an assortment of charges, some felonies and some misdemeanors knowing full well daddy would pardon him.
It's a matter of public record that people convicted of similar offenses generally get light sentences, especially if it's a first offence (which it was here).
Also of note: if your side of the aisle had their way, what he did probably wouldn't be a crime in the first place.

DOUBLE TALK!
Come back when you've actually read the book.

You're the fool!! The bookkeeping entries you speak of are misdemeanors not felonies, and ran past the statute of limitations. Bootstrapping federal campaign finance and other made up charges to a misdemeanor that ran its course is abuse of power. Adding federal felony charges to misdemeanor charges at the closing arguments is unconstitutional, violates due process and since you democrats are soooo tuned in to due process lately you should have a keen understanding of why Trump was falsely charged.. You keep believing that Trump is a felon.

The truth is that he doesn't actually believe it, he just says it because he thinks it makes a difference IRL.

Not Guilty? Twelve jurors decided he was a felon. You keep believing they were wrong, but the court documents say otherwise. America believes in the court system. It has to, and yes, the case is under appeal. We may see it resolved one day. You may be back in victory or back eating crow. Either way, time will tell.

Meanwhile, there's no need to call people fools or to crow about the legal process. It worked as intended. The felon said he could have testified, but he didn't. An innocent man always speaks in his defense if he isn't guilty, according to the defendant. Like the felon once said, no one pleads the fifth if they are not guilty. Changed his mind, didn't he?

Speaking of abuse of power... how's your mindset on the felon's persecution of a private educational institution that is older than our nation?

Speaking of abuse of power... what are your thoughts on the judges' ruling that the felon's tariffs were wrong and violated the separation of powers provisions of the Constitution?

Care to declare those were 'trumped up' charges as well?
