I'm doing ok thanks. Got a lot of pain in my leg this week which is annoying but the sun is shining and there is still chocolate left over from Easter so it could be worse.

Hello to everyone. I'm not going to assume the time of day or the quality of said time.

I have arthritis in my knee but lately my hip on the same leg has been hurting too. I'm hoping I've just twinged it or something and it'll ease off.

Sometimes, when we're compensating for pain in one joint, it can throw off alignment in a related joint. Hopefully, as you strengthen the knee joint (well, the muscles around it) and reduce some of the pain there the hip pain will resolve.

Oh, I'm sorry to "hear" that. Although now you've said it I think I did already know and the detail had slipped away from me. A friend is on some pretty heavy meds for hers. Although I think some of them are just to counteract the side-effects of some of the drugs she's taking for the actual condition

It's a great life if you don't weaken. Allegedly.

Ah it'll be reet. Strong meds just knock me out and I'm trying to get moving more.

Yeah that'd probably be my luck actually. Being so mindful of my knee that I've inadvertently caused an issue elsewhere. Just got to keep on with the gym and hope I see some kind of benefit.

I did thanks. Didn't go anywhere exciting but still had a good break away. Any time I don't have to cook is a win for me!

It was lovely thank you. I did all the driving as my OH is not driving anymore. Meeting up with old friends in a beautiful city is always a great tonic. I’m glad you had a nice break too!

400 kilometres. 4 hours solid motorway driving but I had a good sleep the night before and breakfast/ coffee before I left.
