When I used to fly to the US, jetlag was much worse West to East. In the other direction, the problem was night cramps caused by my cheapskate employer flying us in Economy

i always fly economy never know whats bound to happen..also i never understood whatever jet lag is probably cause same reason sleep dont love me but i never had that effect

The problem was when I'd got off the plane, typically in SF or LA, and gone to bed in a hotel. Mild DVT I suppose.
