I think the Munchausen scene in Sixth Sense really made me react physically.

The opening to Halloween always frightened me only because I spent a lot of time at my grandparents who lived across the street from a psych hospital.

The best physical discomfort though was watching the entire class of women unable to watch a stalking attack scene from Martin - like head's down. Even the guys were looking awkward and shifting uncomfortably.

Gurrrlll....the 7-11 "BIG BITE" smothered in "chili". Let's not get carried away with nomenclature here. It's basically white phosphorus with red dye no. 5 but it's damn tasty.
