Workout done and coffee poured. 3 days off, and funny thing, until last night my chore list was rather short and pleasant (not to be confused with MissK). But then a funny thing happened.

Yep. I bragged how nice it was that I had 3 days off. Stooopid. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Oh, and if you'll remember, I promised to make cranberry pancakes too. Ok, well, that one isn't exactly a chore cuz I get to lick the bowl...and the wisk (not to be confused with Mrs. M) 😉😇😈🥰

I digress. So, added to today are a dog wash, two separate pharmacy trips, a grocery trip, and a neighbor request. All while taking the wife to the sprawling metropolis nearby for makeup and a quick bite at the steakhouse. Oh, and rum. I ran out last night. For the record, it took me nearly four months run out so I wouldn't say I'ma lush...until my second glass.

Mine takes her food in her mouth over to her bed to eat. Kibble by kibble. Oh, and she will do the exact same thing. Abandon her own food for a higher value food! 🤣🤣

TDK is the one who demands food upgrades at the house. She also insists on inspecting what the human is having. She may not necessarily want to join in, but she does give the human's food a look-see.


We had Leak #2 in the same damned unit yesterday. It seems that our "plumbers" can't check washing machine hoses. I knew that they could move machines and not plug them back in, but seriously?


Wat did send a nasty gram to the bosses to tighten up their weak shit. It seems to have gotten some phones rung and some directions issued. There was a bit of tightening in the later afternoon.


I hope some of that tightening concerned the assholes of the negligent parties in question . . . .
