I could try that. Do you peel them first? Slice? Or grill them whole?

Keep the peel on and it comes off easier after cooking. I prefer to slice the thick for grilling. Season with salt and pepper but other spices are to your taste. I will find a recipe to post.

Invest in good people, not just in monetary terms, and they will repay you. Too many board-level people have zero idea of the massive cost in hiring and training up new staff members.
