I'm just trying to place the accent that would rhyme sauce & horse, thought you might have more knowledge since there are a ton of regional British accents that I'm not familiar with. I can't think of any British/Canadian/American accents that would say it that way

As a Bostonian, I can assure you we don't say saurce. I don't have the "Boston" accent, but my family members do and I've never heard them say saurce. If anything, it's more like saw-us with a w sound in the middle.
