I think once people get used to it, it’s much faster actually. Your parties teamwork increases a lot and thus your damage output increases a lot. I think it’s a lot more vibrant and dynamic. Especially in bigger slogs of fights where you’re normally just waiting to see who’s alive when it’s your turn to roll. YMMV of course.
