I haven't listened/watched many nom hearings, so couldn't comment on the frequency or party affiliation. I think protesting in this manner is stupid and disrespectful.

You might consider setting sail for more secular countries then. This country was founded on Christian values and damn near every “leader” at all levels believe in some higher power in one way or another, and have governed by that creed.
