I certainly don't. I use a mix of Pixlr, Picsart and Pop Art Studio
And I only use the free versions of those apps

I just downloaded pixlr yesterday... just getting familiar with the tools and playing with them. It looks like a pay app, but you can click past the pay screen and get access to lots of free tools.
I encourage you to just go for it. Have fun
