Though I didn’t do one this year, most of my ornaments are ones my grandparents had over 50 years ago. I’ve added some (sand dollars from the Bahamas, little cured gingerbread men) but my favorites are the green and red walnuts my grandpa would make.
And he’d make a fun game for us kiddos when we were there: he’d split these walnuts exactly around the center, put treasures inside (a quarter, a nickel, a dime, a two dollar bill, fives, tens, and one with a hundred in there), carefully glue them back together, and paint half of them green and half red. Me and my cousins would take turns coming to the basket and picking one, hoping for the hundred dollar bill when he’d crush it open

I keep my Pokemon experience to Pokemon Go and the games on the game systems.
The card game is a bit too complicated for me.
