The man in custody in Pennsylvania connected with Thompson's murder allegedly had a manifesto on him when cops detained him in Altoona, according to the New York Post. He also had four fake IDs, a gun and a silencer on him, per the newspaper. No details about what was written in the manifesto have been disclosed.

A customer in an Altoona, Pennsylvania McDonald's flagged a man in the cafe to police after recognizing him from surveillance footage images, according to ABC News.

And THIS is what happens when you assassinate someone and then stop for a coffee. Jeez, at least carry your own beans, grinder and coffee pot and go hike the Appalachian Trail or something. Or have a little yacht and sail to South Georgia (the island, not the state) or something. I am disappointed. This dude has personally let me down and destroyed my expectations. Medical insurance costs can be greatly reduced by 2 things:

1. Get gov out of the providing medical insurance biz. Regulating is fine, being the insurer is not;
2. Reduce the amount of foreign aid to other nations so people have more cash in their own pockets 'cuz less taxes.

gov is not providing healthcare. Gov regulation is what enabled the ins co's to create so much revenue. Making it "affordable". Which was a complete and predictable FAIL.

I as well am disappointed. He should have been well West of the Father of Waters and out in areas where no one gives a mother fuck about NYC-the-Place-not-to-be. Good Lord, avoid fucking people. Authorities have identified Luigi Mangione, a 26-year-old former Ivy League student, as a person of interest in the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Mangione, who was valedictorian of his high school class and had plans to study artificial intelligence at the University of Pennsylvania, was apprehended at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania, following a nationwide manhunt, New York Post first reported.

Upon his arrest, Mangione was found in possession of a handgun equipped with a silencer, multiple fake identification documents, and a handwritten manifesto expressing grievances against the healthcare industry.

According to ABC News, a customer at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania, alerted police after recognizing a man in the restaurant from surveillance footage.
