For my US friends, it's been unusually hot this summer ~ I love spending time in the water to cool off ~ a pool, the lake... I love the way the cool water feels against my skin. Makes me wish I had the nerve to skinny-dip!

We have become more and more dependent on the internet in our daily lives and reliability is now a real big issue.

I do recommend swimming naked. The few times I have been able to do it I have found it remarkably liberating.

Fortunately I do not have the heat problem here and am able to spend time looking at the pics of your hot little body without fear of heatstroke................. well there may be a little hot stroking taking place.

So, what did everyone have for breakfast today? After all, it *is* the most important meal of the day! As for me, it's all about the coffee!
