For me its Generalized Anxiety Disorder. It has left be very fearful of not only myself but others.The doctor put me on something called Clomipramine and its helped alittle but so much is still out of hand. I'd gladly accept any suggestions or advice I can get.

Wtf? Seroquel is an antipsychotic used to treat schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression associated with bipolar disorder and mania. It's definitely not something you use for GAD. They give it to ALL inmates here to keep them lethargic and easier to manage despite the permanent damage it can do. GAD is usually treated with SSRIs or benzodiazepines in conjunction with psychotherapy.
