Eyes Wide Shut should be considered required watching for a writer of erotica. There's a deep backstory about a married couple (Cruise/Kidman) and their sexual fantasies. Husband hears about this party that takes place in a huge palatial home where the musicians are forced to play blindfolded, so as not to witness the debaucherous things going on. He sneaks in and the story unfolds. A very sexy movie.
According to Google, it's streaming on HBO Max.

Here's another separate idea along the lines of an incest tradition (not necessarily Mormon): it's a family tradition that on the eve of her wedding, the bride to be must spend the night with her father.

I've drafted part of a bisexual erotic horror, but it ultimately focuses on man-on-man action
I was raised in the Mormon church.
With all its silly secrecy (much less interesting than it's touted to be to both Mormon and normal person alike), the church's rituals are ripe with perverted story opportunities.
Using your story idea as a seed, I'd like to write a story about a young man going through the temple.
He doesn't know what to expect and has faith the person conducting his endowments (yes, that's what they call it) is doing what he should.
In the temple, you strip down and wear a loose-fitting, thin thing that covers your back and font, but is totally open on the sides. The temple workers, always the same sex of the person they're blessing "anoint your loins" (yes again, they use those exact terms in the blessing), touching your lower stomach near your hip.
The temple worker in my story, obviously, is giving mind-melting blowjobs. Maybe I'll make the worker someone the MC knows, his uncle or something. They can hook up after that. Maybe his uncle (looks like I've committed to the uncle already), threatens to out his nephew if he doesn't have sex with him... I mean, who would the church believe? A faithful family man who works in the temple, or a horny teenager going through the temple for the first time?
Maybe in subsequent chapters, if people like the stories/characters, I'll develop the temple worker into a cock-worshiping cult leader with incest, orgy, and initiation rituals.

I like it, but I think its more emotionally powerful to the reader if you establish that MOST Mormon families engage in these practices. Also, its best if Mormon for the author isn't REALLY about Mormons, its any symbolic "other" within a community, and as such there was already a lot of strange rumors about them.
To me, what's thrilling for the reader is the moment when he/she thinks, "Damn, that's way hotter behavior than anything in my religious community."

Sorry for going off on a tangent, but I've had an idea that's somewhat related and didn't feel like starting a new thread about it. Just wanted to throw it out there.
In my idea, the family is Amish. Father, mother, two daughters 18+. When the mother is stricken down by (insert tragedy here), the father has a complete mental breakdown and decides that there is no God, and that they've wasted their lives following Christian teachings and Amish traditions.
So he takes a trip to the big city and loads up a suitcase with alcohol (and other substances as Lit allows), cigarettes (duh. my biggest fetish), pornography, and sex toys. He also purchases the family's first TV, a big screen, to play pornographic movies on.
He returns to have a reverse "come to Jesus" meeting with his daughters and informs them that, from then on, they will enjoy life to its fullest, including all of the activities they previously considered horrible sins, starting with incestuous sex. He immediately begins corrupting his daughters until the three live a life of nothing but debauchery and sin.
