For the sake of argument, I'll just point out that the erection is standard. It's not the only sign, and the man (Or men) can still have sex without it, but most of the descriptions tend to focus on that. Down to the inch, even the fractional inch.
"She's wet."
Okay, this is a bit simplistic, and there's always opportunities for purple prose her. Her fragrent orchid welling up with nectar... However, this is also a late sign, because she prodces that mostly on the inside.
It becomes hard for the reader to suspend their disbelief when she immediately soaks through her panties, and can be smelled across a crowded restaurant. Or the next table over, or really, anywhere outside her clothes, even in a miniskirt.

Readers, what would you like to read that describes how hot she is for him (her, or them)? i tend to think of the blood. not just pumping, but where it goes. What about you?
