Searching: man with both halves of a lesbian couple, separately

Looking for a particular story where a man agrees to sleep with one partner in a lesbian relationship (I think as a sperm donor). The other partner is convinced her wife can't handle it, and separately offers him sex to leave the other one alone. Neither one knows he is having sex with the other.
