Regrets for the past year

I was going to invite my friend for a boozy afternoon in the garden.Last of the summer warm weather.
Had to run a daft errand so called it off.
Sadly the next day he passed.
That will be a full on regret.

All the opportunities and promises of me quitting smoking AGAIN. Determined to quit this coming 1st or 2nd depending on which day I run out of cigarettes.

I couldn't fulfill all my fantasies.

I never allow myself to stay in a state of regret for to long.

I try to learn from each decision, action and experience.

I am grateful for the good ones and try to learn from the unpleasant ones.
