...Uh, that's really unspecific as for me at least a character having big tits is just another feature of them rather than a defining the way the story goes or the setup.

Well, apart from things like tit-fucking not being possible without large breasts.

Maybe story ideas that focus on the woman taking advantage of her massive tits? Getting away with speeding cause the cop agrees that fucking her boobs will do and there's no need to fine her? Negotiating with her boss or teacher by slowly opening her blouse and letting the boobs out as he is lecturing her on her bad behaviour?

Definitely agree with the last poster, big breasts is more of a trait than a plot. You could really do anything with large breasts.

I agree that a story about a woman who exploits her bustiness to get her way might be interesting, but would require a lot of plot development to not make it a cheesy porn scene.

Other options could be a plus sized model trying to start her career, a flat chested woman switched bodies (a la Freaky Friday) with a busty woman and experiences both the positives and negatives of big breasts or a woman who was flat chested growing up gets implants to feel better about herself.

Again, I'm not sure big breasts being the main theme of the story is a great idea, but you could write almost any story where the main character has big breasts.
