come to my gym..we'll work out together some crunches and squats and hot room yoga! i bet you'd make a mean downward dog!

lol. I work out in a basement gym... no windows, no staff, very closed off. Tonight as I ran my 5km I watched the three guys doing weights as they walked around the room from station to station. They have been there every night this week. One night two of them flanked me on the treadmills either side...lol. They are like sharks in a fishbowl! I think they have learnt my routine - at five to close I generally hit the mats to do some yoga stretches for my legs and sides. Tonight, somehow all three of them ended up in the same 5x3 m square mat with me either resting, stretching or doing a last dumb bell sett...lol. It was intense. Next we'll probably all end up in the locker rooms.
