Laz... creepy following hoping for a reach around.

Hope it works for you, hope you are okay.

Try the poli board. That doesn't seem to work for you as well but good luck!

Yep something about the crust of Casey’s pizza, plus the wings. That’s a great lunch whenever I’m in the county seeing my family.

I’ve not eaten at Circle K..

I don't think I could eat anything from Circle K.

I wouldn't have thought that I would eat Casey's either,
but if you wanted takeout, it was the only game in what
we loosely referred to as town (which was a highway
intersection for lonely highways punctuated with a
handful of 150 year-old buildings. I guess the town
once had a heyday, for about 15 minutes...).

Not a Circle K person..

I’m not a Circle K person myself. I can’t get past their rewards program name. “Kickback”? Do you have a “kickback card?” It’s just bugs me..

We have Sheetz here in Almost Heaven too. You have to order your food on a touch screen. I don't like that. I just want to yell at some fry cook to make me a burger.

Sheetz is a high-class 7-11 btw.

Yep a lot of places are directing people to their applications. I recently put the McDonald’s application on my phone. For better or worse we ordered a lot of chicken nuggets.

I'd agree - as gas station food goes, Casey's is actually pretty good, especially their chicken.

The best I ever had, when I was a youngster in Nebraska there was a 24 hour gas station in a small town (Kilgore, NE) that had excellent Mexican food (tamales, burritos). Rivaled any restaurant I've been to in quality. When the bars hit closing time, since it was the only place open, it did massive business out of a window on the side on the building.

I avoid gimmicks like that like one avoids the plague. All they do is sell your name
to junk mail and telemarketing lists. They don't offer enough savings
and I don't tend to buy convenience food/drinks.

I cook at home and take bottled water in the truck.

I'm sorry, but I have it from a close associate
that he has a special place reserved for
people who eat at McDonalds...

:D ;) ;)

Wally’s The Great American Road Trip?

Hello everyone… it seems we’re getting a Wally’s near our house. Is anyone familiar with their food?

Get it while you can.

As I go about on the Interstate, what I notice
is the trend for the usual fast-food establishments
to partner with the truck stop/gas stations along the way.

Now, it's not so much what can I eat when I get gas,
but do I also get gas when I eat (which, I
sometimes do - Thai comes to mind).

:D

Egg rolls!

I was out with a friend and we decided to try the happy hour at a bar near our houses. The drinks were good but the food was less than. She suggested we stop at Quick Trip for Truly and egg rolls.

I’d never thought to try them. They are yummy!

Tacos!

Quick Trip now has fresh made tacos. I tried the shredded chicken last night and it was better than you’d expect. They also have a brisket, that’s next on my list.

I like the gas. I put that in the fuckin oven. And then I move on.
