Educator Roll Call

Fourteen years here and more in love with it every semester. Currently I am an associate professor teaching courses in American, ethnic, and women’s literature. LIT is just one of my naughty little secrets.

Hi:kiss: Fisherman!
Hey, Darlin'... glad to know we're in the same profession... maybe we can have some naughty fun in the teachers' room!!

I've been a preschool teacher for the last four years. Nice to see so many educators!

No fair, I've got another month until break...but I'm certainly looking forward to the first week of April!

Ours is next week, although I'm working a few days of it. Still, it's nice to know I could have the whole time off. April seems so late! Sorry!!

I think I can make it :) But thanks for the kind thoughts. Enjoy your break next week.

Educator here - I've been teaching science for some years now.
Generally nice, occasionally naughty. ;)
A great weekend to everyone! :rose:

Of course! Weekends are fun - good to let the hair down. ;)

Mmmm, definitely.

So do you get to let your hair down with one of those movie sexy scenes where you pull out the clip/pin and shake it all out in slow motion?

haha... that's a thought :p

My hair is usually down. Unless it's chemistry class, when it HAS to be up. And I usually use a scrunchie to tie it up. But for your fantasy, I'll use a pin - the chopstick kind - and then I'll shake it down in slow mo, and let down my long dark hair. ;)

Thank you for indulging me :rose:

I've been a teacher for 21 years. I've taught all levels, elementary through college and adult ed. Right now I'm an adjunct instructor at a university and at a community college.

Three more weeks until Spring Break... woohoo!:D

Ohh, goodness. I have a thing for teachers on lit- the idea of being so professional by day, and having such hot, dirty thoughts hidden behind that suit or that dress drives me crazy! Especially to think of the teachers that I had growing up- if I only knew what things were going through the back of their mind while they taught their classes. If any of you would like to chat a young, female nurse, please pm me :)

I'm sure we could get a lot of people to start reading with that kind of story in the schools.

I'm thinking that all of you will appreciate just how unnerving this experience I'm getting ready to share was. It happened a couple of weeks ago. I have an extremely relaxed relationship with my students. I find that works for the type of issues we discuss in class. One day I was making a point about something and ended my rant with "But what do I know? I'm just an average black girl trying to make a living. So, think about it?" That was my dismissal. I just happened to catch the eye of one of my students and the look on his face sent shivers down my spine. The fact that he is gorgeous, literate and an interesting thinker already had him high on my radar. But, the look he gave me was so knowing and his devilish smile so alarming. I immediately thought, "Oh Gawd! Litster!" We have had some interesting exchanges, not in any shape or form erotic. There is a purposefulness there that is almost tangible sometimes.

Then again, it could be in my head. I get hit on by male and females alike on campus. I'm glad that I worked out my Teacher/student thing early on as a TA. It is flattering though.

I almost had to laugh when I read your tale - the sense of being exposed through a little slip... A similar thing happened to me, though not quite so unveiling. In a graduate seminar we were talking about internet mediated sexuality - not just porn, but sites like sexguides, aff, etc., when I also mentioned literotica and noticed two female students who were obviously familiar with the site. Whether it was just the story section or the forum as well, I don't know, and I certainly gave no indication of being lost yonder - though at the time i was (if that makes any sense...).

Welcome teacher.

So avgblkgrl and lost yonder...any follow up stories?

I know I'd be scared it if seemed that some of my students were aware of Lit, but that's because my students shouldn't be here at all, unless they lie about their age. I'm kinda glad that my sn here is based on my pre-teaching career too, that way it's never going to come up by accident.
